Communities Our Independent Pharmacy Serves

As an independent pharmacy, Angus Lake Healthcare provides the best pharmaceutical and professional services to our partners throughout Georgia. While we started out by serving assisted living facilities, we have grown our business and expanded into other industries. No matter the industry, our commitment to offering above-and-beyond care remains constant.

Assisted Living

As the first industry our company served, assisted living facilities hold a special place with us. The two types of assisted living facilities we serve are independent living and memory care. We offer compliance packaging, pharmacy, and professional services, and delivery to our assisted living facility partners. Our team works hard to help assisted living facilities improve the quality of patient care and medication management.

Group Homes

Group homes are often smaller in size, offering a more personalized treatment and care plan. These patients are often in more need of specialty care. Our packaging services are utilized in these homes to reduce medication misuse by the patient and improve quality of care.

Correctional Facilities

We partner with correctional facilities including juvenile facilities, prisons, and jails. We will securely package and deliver medications, as well as train the staff on the prescriptions proper handling.

Personal Care Homes

Personal care homes serve the aging population still able to live independently. One of our principles is to prolong a person’s independence, by serving these homes with easy-to-understand prescription medication services. These residents want to maintain a lifestyle they can control, and our services help that happen.

Alternative Living Arrangements

Alternative living arrangements come in many forms. Our primary partners are orphanages and foster care homes, and we also serve troubled youth homes. We understand that everyone deserves proper medical care and partnering with us makes the pharmaceutical needs of residents something they do not have to worry about.

In-Home Living

Some people need a little help with day-to-day tasks but are not at the point where they need to live in an assisted living facility. Most of the time, a skilled caregiver will visit the home and check on these patients. Our services ensure each patient has the correct medications for caregivers to administer each day.
